They call it a 'control freak' I call it a super-passionate-genuine-soul.

The Canteen by Chef Adu is an extension of myself. Everything you see, feel listen to are all picked up, created, chosen by me. 

All literally hand-picked. I still go to source for furniture, fabrics and flowers.

Not forgetting the market to make sure only the best quality of ingredients enter my pots and pans!
